How do you guarantee tenant isolation?
Row-level security in the database, so isolation holds even if application code forgets a filter. Application-level-only isolation is the most common root cause of serious SaaS data leaks, and it is avoidable.
What do we need for enterprise customers?
Usually SSO via SAML or OIDC, audit logs, granular roles, and answers on data residency and retention. These block deals more often than missing features do, and they are best built before the deal rather than during it.
How do you handle billing complexity?
Start with one or two plans structured so seats, annual terms and proration can be added later without restructuring. Building every billing permutation upfront delays launch for revenue you do not yet have.
